Ira Chernova est une photographe autodidacte de 23 ans dont la ville de cœur est Amsterdam. Armée de son fidèle Zenit propre à ses origines russe, elle a débuté la photo en arpentant les grandes villes d’Europe, fascinée par l’énergie qui s’en dégage et les gens qu’elle rencontre. Un personnage au physique et à l’univers atypique.
Ira Chernova is a 23 years old self-taught photographer and the city of her heart is Amsterdam. Using her faithful Zenit camera at her beginings related to her russian origins, she started photography measuring the main European cities, fascinated by its energy. A character with an atypical physic and photographs.
Aussi à l’aise derrière que devant l’objectif, ses voyages sont rythmés par la photo aussi bien en tant que modèle que photographe . Elle a commencé par des clichés en noir et blanc profonds qui se sont peu à peu dirigés vers la couleur et la scénographie. Ses modèles sont la ville et les personnes qu’elle y rencontre.
Being comfortable in front and behind the camera, her trips are mainly about photography, as a model and a photographer. Starting from deep black and white pictures, she went into colors later on and scenographic pictures. Her models are the cities and people that she met.

Sa collection de tatouages ne laisse personne de marbre. C’est sans aucun frein qu’elle s’adonne à cette seconde passion et qu’elle continue sans cesse de les collectionner, comme une œuvre inachevée.
Nobody can stay cold in front of those tatoos. It’s without any break that she gives her body to this second passion with no intention to stop.
