Dirty Beaches ou “Plages Dégueulasses”, c’est le nom de scène que porte le chanteur et compositeur Alex Zhang Hungtai. Le Canadien d’origine Taïwanaise plutôt mystérieux, publiait début septembre son premier album Badlands, composé de neuf chansons qui ont l’air d’avoir été enregistrées avec des micros défectueux. Un crooner un point rockab qui est en concert à Bruxelles ce week-end et à Paris à la fin du mois.
Dirty Beaches is the name that bears the singer and songwriter Alex Zhang Hungtai. The rather mysterious Canadian-born Taiwanese artist, published in early September his first album Badlands consisting of nine songs that seem to have been recorded with defective microphones. A slightly dark rockab crooner is live in Brussels this weekend and in Paris at the end of the month.
