Kings County Distillery

Construite en 1899, Kings County Distillery est la plus ancienne distillerie de whisky à New York depuis la prohibition. En 2010 Colin Spoelman et son équipe de cinq distillateurs ont repris le projet. Utilisant du matériel peu orthodoxe et des procédés traditionnels, c’est dans un lieu chargé d’histoire, au coeur de Brooklyn qu’ils ont remporté le prix “Best in Category” à l’American Distilling Institute’s Craft Spirits Conference avec leur Moonshine et une médaille de bronze avec leur Bourbon.
Built in 1899, Kings County Distillery is the oldest whiskey distillery in New York since Prohibition. In 2010 Colin Spoelman and his five distillers team took over the project. Using unorthodox materials and traditional methods and process, it is in a place full of history, in the heart of Brooklyn that they won “Best in Category” at the American Distilling Institute’s Craft Spirits Conference with their “Moonshine “and a bronze medal with their Bourbon.
